Cartfunnel comes with advance security features to protect your account. It is important that you learn about these features and use them in your day-to-day operations as you use the application.

2 Factor Authentication

All user accounts have the ability to use 2 Factor Authentication.

2 Factor Authentication requires you to have a secondary device that will generate a time expiring passcode at the time of login. By having this secondary device that generates this unique passcode, intruders who might have access to your primary passcode will not be able to login.

To activate 2 Factor Authentication, click on your login identity in the upper right hand corner:

You will be taken to your personal settings page where you can activate the 2 Factor Authentication:

When you click on enable 2 factor authentication, Cartfunnel will present you with a unique QR code:

Scan this code into one of the following apps:

Verify your code by entering one of the generated codes into the space provided.

Once activated, Cartfunnel will also generate a number of “back up codes” for you. These are called scratch codes. You can download them and save them to a secure location (ie. not somewhere on the internet) in case you lose your phone. These are one-time codes that you can use in place of the generated codes from either the Google Authenticator App or the Microsoft Authenticator App.

Note: When activated, you will need the secondary passcode in order to login. If you lose your secondary device and the backup codes, you will not be able to login to Cartfunnel. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.
