  1. Starter Plan: Standard email support, replies within 24-48 hours
  2. Professional Plan: Priority email support, replies within 12-24 hours
  3. Enterprise Plan: Priority email support, replies within 12-24 hours and telephone support during Monday to Friday 10 AM to 5 PM EST

Email reply timeframes occur during business days only and do not include weekend days. For example, if you are on the Starter Plan and you send an email to support on Friday afternoon at 3 PM, the latest you can expect a reply will be Tuesday at 3 PM.
